A classic but a goody
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 20 min
1 onion chopped
2 tbs italian dressing
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans of water
4 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup milk
1/2 cup rice uncooked
1 cup cheddar cheese
In a large sauce pan cook onions until tender.
Add broth water and broccoli. Bring to a boil. cook 8-10 min or until broccoli is tender.
Stir in milk and rice. Reduce heat to medium cook 5 min
Pour into blender and blend till smooth.
Top with cheese.
